Renewals
Duke University Press mails four membership renewal notices annually, in September, November, January, and March. Your society may include an important announcement within these notices if you wish. Please contact us to discuss this opportunity.
Circulation
Information regarding current and historical circulation numbers is available. Please contact us with your request.
Online Access
Generally, content is available for online viewing one week before the journal's mail date. To view your journal's mailing schedule, please log in to the My Account section of the site. To see where your society's journal is available electronically, please select your society from the list on the right to be taken to your society's Duke University Press Web page, from which you can access the journal online.
Membership Lists Maintenance and Reporting
Duke University Press can maintain the membership list of an affiliated society and provide a list of members, including their names, addresses, and contact information, to society officers in Excel format. If your society would like additional information to be collected or reported, or if you would like to obtain the membership list in a format other than Excel, contact us.
