No authorization is required. Books in saleable condition will be credited at full invoice price if returned within two years of invoice date. Invoice information is required. Books returned beyond this time period or those returned without invoice information will be credited at 50% of list. Permanently defaced books, for example those marred by nonremovable labels, do not meet the necessary criteria and will not be accepted. Books received in damaged or defective condition must be returned within 90 days and the reason for the return must be clearly stated in order to receive full credit.
