Advertising Terms
1. Advertising content is subject to publisher approval.
2. Each ad should be clearly marked with the name
of the journal and issue in which it is to appear.
3. Electronic submission of advertisements is preferred (see
guidelines).
4. Invoices and tear sheets will be sent following publication. Terms: 30
days from invoice date.
5. The publisher’s liability for any error will not exceed the cost
of the space.
6. Due to production costs already incurred, advertising prior to the materials
closing dates, reservations that are not cancelled prior to the material closing
date will be invoiced for the full
amount of the reservation, regardless of whether the advertisement appears
in the journal.
