Over thirty years of back content for the Journal of Health Politics, Policy and Law now available online and free to current subscribers

Duke University Press is pleased to announce that over thirty years of back content for the Journal of Health Politics, Policy and Law is now available online for the first time on HighWire at jhppl.dukejournals.org. Current subscribers can access the content of more than 190 issues—from the very first issue of the journal, originally published in 1976, to the current issue—for free as part of their paid subscription.

Yale University’s Journal of Music Theory joins Duke University Press journals list, publication to begin in 2008

Duke University Press is pleased to announce the addition of the Journal of Music Theory to its list of journal titles. The acquisition of the journal represents a change in publisher only; the editorial office at Yale University will remain unchanged. Existing subscribers to the Journal of Music Theory will be receiving information from Duke University Press regarding the transfer of their subscription in coming months.

Duke University Press launches the Carlyle Letters Online on HighWire Press, available at no charge to institutions

Duke University Press announces the launch at carlyleletters.org of the Carlyle Letters Online: A Victorian Cultural Reference, the electronic edition of The Collected Letters of Thomas and Jane Welsh Carlyle. In part because of grants from the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Delmas Foundation, the Carlyle Letters Online is currently available at no charge to institutions and individuals.

Leveraging HighWire’s award-winning online hosting platform and suite of features, the collection offers users an unprecedented level of functionality and personalization.
