2009 Highlights

New pricing model for Euclid Prime introduced


Project Euclid—the premier online information community for mathematics and statistics resources from independent and society publishers—has introduced a new pricing model for its Euclid Prime collection. Based on the successful model used by the e-Duke Journals Scholarly Collection, the new Euclid Prime pricing features a tiered discounting structure based on Carnegie classifications.

Electronic Collections

Euclid Prime
Euclid Prime is an aggregation of 21 journals in mathematics and statistics, hosted by Project Euclid. Effective immediately, Duke University Press will handle all customer service needs for Project Euclid titles and collections.

e-Duke Books Scholarly Collection
The e-Duke Books Scholarly Collection includes at least 100 new electronic books in the humanities and social sciences published by Duke University Press in a calendar year.

e-Duke Journals Scholarly Collection
Agents and consortia will receive a 5% discount on collection renewal orders. Agents and consortia are eligible for a one-time 10% discount on orders from institutions that have never previously subscribed to the collection.

e-Duke Journals Scholarly Collection subscribers are eligible for discounts on the print format of titles in the collection. Agents will receive a 2.5% discount on journals subscriptions, with the discount based on the discounted price described above.
