For the order to be complete and access enabled, Duke University Press must have the following:

-A completed technical profile form
-A signed site license agreement with IP addresses on file
-Payment (see price sheet)

A signed site license agreement must be sent to the attention of Library Relations Manager by fax at 919-680-6078 or by mail at 905 W. Main St., Suite 18B, Durham, NC 27701. Do not forget to specify IP addresses.

Once we have received and processed your order and signed site license agreement, access will be provided as soon as possible. (Access runs from January 1 through December 31 of the purchased year.)
