NOTE: If your institution has already signed a site license for the e-Duke Journals Scholarly Collection, the Duke Mathematical Journal, or DMJ 100, nothing further is required. You do not need to send a license each time you renew.

Please sign the appropriate site license and return it via fax to the attention of library relations manager at 919-680-6078, or mail it to 905 W. Main St., Suite 18B, Durham, NC 27701.

If you would like to propose changes to the DUP site license agreement(s), please submit them in the form of an addendum. Prepayment and a signed site licenses are required before access is granted. Once we have received and processed your payment and signed site license, access will be provided within 72 hours.
