    Constitutional Conflicts is an interdisciplinary book series examining issues concerning the American Constitution from a variety of methodologies and perspectives, including law, history, philosophy, political science, and American studies. One of the principal purposes of the series is to facilitate dialogue across disciplinary lines by encouraging scholarship that will enrich public discourse on constitutional issues by presenting creative and original work in a fashion accessible to a broad audience. The series will also feature works that attempt to connect issues concerning the Constitution with larger patterns and currents in American culture.
