In July 2008, Cornell University Library and Duke University Press established a joint venture to expand and enhance the services of Project Euclid, the premier online information community for mathematics and statistics resources from independent publishers. Duke provides publishing expertise in marketing, sales, and order fulfillment to Project Euclid's participating publishers and institutional subscribers. Cornell continues to provide and support the vital IT infrastructure for Project Euclid and assume responsibility for archiving and preservation activities, ensuring robust and reliable access to the content deposited with Project Euclid for future scholars, researchers, and students.
Duke University Press handles sales and customer service for Euclid Prime, Annals of Functional Analysis, Banach Journal of Mathematical Analysis, Duke Mathematical Journal, Duke Mathematical Journal: Volumes 1-100, Kyoto Journal of Mathematics, and Notre Dame Journal of Formal Logic.

Articles for course or research use that are supplied to the end user at no cost may be made without explicit permission or fee. Articles that are provided to the end user for a fee of any sort may not be made without payment of permission fees to Duke University Press. E-reserves should be posted on a secure site accessible to class members only, and the articles should be purged from the e-reserve system at the end of each semester.
Copies for course or research use that are supplied to the end user at no cost may be made without explicit permission or fee. Copies that are provided to the end user for a copying fee may not be made without explicit permission from Duke University Press.
A hard copy printed from the electronic files of Euclid Prime may be supplied to another institution by mail, fax, or secure transmission using Ariel or its equivalent (whereby the electronic file is deleted immediately after printing). The supply of such copies must conform to CONTU guidelines or similar restrictions to fair use provisions under copyright law.
Licensees will have perpetual access to content from the paid subscription year(s). Access to back content not purchased will be provided to licensees with a current subscription.
