Platform Migration for Duke University Press Humanities Titles

The Institutional Administrator Dashboard for our new online platform is now available. Please check your email for login instructions. If you have not received an email, please contact platformqueries@dukeupress.edu. We would like to offer tips to resolve common issues:

  1. If you submit the form and nothing seems to happen, please confirm that you are using the username we sent previously. When you enter an invalid username, the system will not return an error message.
  2. If you receive a “V1 Shutdown” error message in the reCAPTCHA tool, please click the refresh button within the reCAPTCHA tool.
  3. Some customers are also reporting slow load times. Internet Explorer is returning the fastest results right now.
  4. Customers are unable to update their administrator email. Please contact platformqueries@dukeupress.edu to update your contact information.
