Contributors to this special issue address the complex and tangled legacies of colonialism on a global scale through an intersectional lens. Authors examine how colonial and neo-colonial logics shape community identities and boundaries, how communities strive for decolonial praxis, and the tensions between the two. Through studies that span the Global South, including Global South communities in the Global North, the authors invite readers to witness ongoing global legacies of colonialism.
